Using the directory

DigRoster helps people discover and contact contractors. We do not perform construction work, book jobs or guarantee contractor availability, quality, insurance or licensing. You are responsible for checking a contractor’s qualifications and agreeing to project terms directly with that business.

Accounts and ownership

Use accurate account information and protect your password. Request ownership only if you are authorized to represent the business. We may request independent verification and reject or suspend inaccurate or unauthorized claims. Paying for a plan does not establish ownership or verify licensing.

Listing content

Keep information accurate, lawful and relevant. Do not publish misleading claims, private personal information, impersonation or material you do not have permission to use. By submitting business information, you authorize DigRoster to display it as part of your listing. We may correct, restrict or remove content that violates these terms or is subject to a substantiated dispute.

Paid plans

Claimed is $29 per month and Featured is $79 per month per listing, in USD. Account creation and ownership review are free. Billing begins only when an approved owner completes checkout. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Any applicable tax and the amount due are shown at checkout. Billing, cancellation and refund details.

Featured placement is labeled advertising and applies to matching search results. It is not an endorsement or a promise of leads, traffic increases or jobs. We do not guarantee search-engine rankings.

Corrections and disputes

Factual corrections, removal requests and ownership disputes do not require a paid plan. Contact us with the listing and the issue. We may verify the request before changing public information.

Service changes

Directory information may be incomplete or out of date. Features may change and interruptions may occur. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect.
