Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Clear monthly billing and cancellation terms.

Effective October 11, 2026.

What you pay

Claimed costs $29 per month and Featured costs $79 per month per listing, in USD. No annual commitment. Ownership review and factual corrections are free. You are charged only after you choose a plan and complete checkout. The checkout page shows the amount due, including any applicable tax.

Monthly renewal

Your plan renews automatically each month until canceled. See your next renewal date and subscription status in the dashboard. Stripe provides your billing history and payment-method controls through Manage billing.

Cancel online

  1. Sign in to your DigRoster account.
  2. Open your listing in the dashboard.
  3. Select Manage billing / cancel.
  4. Complete the cancellation and check the end date.

Cancel before your next renewal to prevent the next recurring charge. Your paid features continue until the end of the paid period, then editing and sponsored placement stop. The basic listing may remain visible. Verified ownership is protected; cancellation does not make the listing available for someone else to claim.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge shown before confirmation. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Review the portal confirmation before accepting a change.

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails or requires authentication, paid features may be paused until payment is confirmed. Update your payment method in Manage billing. Your account and public basic listing are not automatically deleted.

Refund requests

Canceling does not automatically refund the current month or unused days. If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorized, request a billing review. Refund requests are reviewed individually, and any rights required by applicable law still apply. Do not include card numbers in your request.

Cannot access your account?

Try password reset or send a billing support request without signing in. Include your account email and business name so we can locate the subscription.
